Missouri Ethanol Producer Incentive Fund

The Missouri Department of Agriculture administers the Fund, which was established in 1988 to encourage ethanol production in Missouri.
Specialty Crop Block Grant Program
SCBGP projects "solely enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops.” Specialty crops are defined by the USDA as fruits and vegetables, dried fruit, tree nuts, maple syrup, honey, horticulture and nursery crops (including floriculture).
Missouri Value-Added Grant Program
The Missouri Value-Added Grant Program provides grants for projects that add value to Missouri agricultural products and aid the economy of a rural community. Grant applications will be considered for value-added agricultural business concepts that:
- Lead to and result in development, processing and marketing of new or expanded uses or technologies for agricultural products; and
- Foster agricultural economic development in Missouri’s rural communities.
Missouri Agribusiness Revolving Loan Fund
The Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Authority’s (MASBDA) Missouri Agribusiness Revolving Loan Fund offers financing to value-added agriculture enterprises, agriculture support businesses, marketers or retailers of agricultural products, and businesses with emerging agricultural technology. This funding is provided, in part, by the USDA Rural Development’s Intermediary Relending Program.
Local Foods Matching Grant Program
Up to $5,000 in grant funding through the Department of Agriculture’s Local Foods Matching Grant Program is available to urban and small rural area organizations assisting underserved areas increase fresh food access in rural and urban areas through the development of production infrastructure, direct distribution venues, education programs, workforce development and expand the understanding of the importance of agriculture.

Missouri Linked Deposit Loans
The Missouri Linked Deposit Program for Small Business provides
low-interest loans to enable Missouri's small businesses to grow.
Eligibility guidelines have expanded to increase access to small
business loans to companies with less than 100 full-time employees
up from companies with less than 25 full-time employees.
Small Business Loan Application
The Missouri Linked Deposit Program for Job Enhancement provides
low-interest loans to businesses that create high-quality jobs in
Missouri. Eligibility guidelines to allow companies with significant
capital needs to borrow $50,000 for each job created, in addition to
dollars for capital outlay, physical expansion and renovation.

The Missouri Small Business Loan Program
The minimum loan amount is $2,500 and the maximum loan amount is $50,000, must be 100 percent Missouri owned and 100 percent Missouri located
Guidelines and Application
Missouri CDBG Program Interim Financing Loan
Provides short-term cash flow relief for a company. Cities and counties must apply on behalf of beneficiary companies. At least 51% of the new jobs to be created must be taken by persons considered “low to moderate income” (LMI).

Small Business Incubator Tax Credit
To generate private funds to be used to establish a “protective business environment” (incubator) in which a number of small businesses can collectively operate, fostering growth and development during a business’ start-up period.
Missouri Cost Sharing Programs
Global Market Access Program
Global Market Access Program (GMAP) is a cost-share program that allows eligible Missouri companies to participate in specific events designed to create export sales. Increased export sales create a public benefit through their positive effect on Missouri’s economy including job creation and increased wealth for Missouri’s families.
